The Assignment: A five-paragraph essay on the use of Comedy in visual storytelling.
The Process: You may base it on our discussions from class, or come up with your own ideas. You MUST have a thesis statement and three supporting points, with outside references for those three points. Also include examples from movies, and you don't have to limit yourself to the films we have watched in class. Cite your references in footnotes. You may use your textbook as a reference, you may use one online source as a reference. Try and have at least one source be an outside book.
The Assesment: I will read it and grade it based on content, presentation, and adherance to grammar, spelling, and style. Then I will shred it and burn it and set your house on fire with it.
